Severn Trent Water has issued a preliminary market engagement notice seeking supply chain interest in an upcoming laboratory consumables tender for itself and sister company Hafren Dyfrdwy.
The water company is looking for suppliers who may be interested in tendering for a framework agreement
for laboratory consumables. The contract is expected to include the following Lots (subject to change):
- Lot 1. Laboratory Consumables and Equipment
- Lot 2. Laboratory Chemicals - Reagents & Buffers
- Lot 3. Bottles - dosed, non dosed and specialised
- Lot 4. Other - Labs
The water company is inviting interested suppliers to provide a contact name andemail address and complete a brief online form to express their interest in participating.
Suppliers are asked to provide a brief overview of their company and their goods available within the Laboratory Consumables market.
They are also asked to state which of the potential 4 Lots they you be interested in tender for, accompanied by a brief comment for each potential Lot.
Estimated contract dates are currently 1 January 2026 to 1 January 2030 with a potential further extension option to 1 January 2034.
