United Utilities has made a direct AMP8 contract award contract for implementation support of SAP Success Factors worth an estimated £720,000.

Scope of the contract covers the provision of United Utilities’ People workstream project management of the transformation programme associated with the implementation of the SAP Success Factors (People system).
The water company said the direct award justification was due to “extreme and unavoidable urgency”. Due to costs incurred on existing contracts, a contract for implementation support is required immediately.
The contract has been awarded to Manchester-based firm HR Fixers who were identified as a preferred partner of SAP Success Factors.
Standstill period for the award ends on 14 May 2025 and earliest date the contract will be signed is 25 May 2025.
Estimated start and end contract dates are 1 June 2025 to 31 March 2027.
