Southern Water to set up Business Management Consultancy Framework panel

Southern Water has published details of its intention to set up a Business Management Consultancy Framework panel – the water company wants to establish a multi-supplier framework with the expertise to support the company’s ambitions.

Southern Water is seeking expertise in a number of areas, including:

  • business strategy
  • change management
  • corporate planning
  • financial
  • HR
  • IT
  • procurement
  • regulation
  • pensions
  • risk management
  • tax

The utility has issued a Request for Information (RFI) and Periodic Indicative Notice (PIN) – Southern Water is not requesting expressions of interest at this stage.

The RFI will be used to support the sourcing strategy and long-term management of the framework. A decision on whether the Framework will be tendered in Lots will be taken as an outcome of the sourcing strategy.

The indicative time-frame for the release of the contract notice and PQQ is early July.
