United Utilities tenders £21m computer testing services IT contract

United Utilities has gone out to tender with an IT contract for computer testing services worth an estimated £21 million.

The contract covers the provision of a fully outsourced, end-to-end managed testing service with the ability to support a number of IT methodologies including Waterfall, Agile and Dev Ops.

Following completion of pre-qualification questionnaires, up to to five suppliers will then be invited to tender for the contract, which will run for seven years,

Estimated date of for the dispatch of invitations to tender or to participate to selected candidates is 17th October 2016.
