Thames Water has gone out to tender with an AMP6 framework contract for dewatering and thickening equipment assets, including equipment hire, and maintenance services across the whole Thames Water region.
The water company is looking to appoint up to ten suppliers to the framework agreement , will be for an initial duration of 3 years, with options to extend annually up to a maximum overall term of 5 years. No indication is given with regard to estimated value
The contract is for the supply of dewatering and thickening equipment assets to cover Thames Water needs for AMP6 and also to provide maintenance services to all dewatering and thickening equipment (including ancillaries) across the whole Thames Water region;
Equipment in scope includes: Centrifuges, Belt Filter Presses, Screw Presses, Drum Thickeners, Gravity Belt Thickeners, Disc Thickeners and Conveyors (Screw and belts).
The tender is in two Lots:
Lot 1 — Supply of Dewatering and Thickening Equipment (including equipment hire);
Lot 2 — Maintenance of Dewatering and Thickening Equipment.
