Leading UK trade association British Water has launched its 2023 water and wastewater company performance survey seeking comment from the supply chain on working with the UK utilities over the past 12 months.
The annual, highly anticipated survey gives supply chain companies a unique opportunity to provide feedback on how water and wastewater companies have performed.
The trade body is inviting suppliers – both members and non-members of British Water alike – to share their experience of working with UK utilities over the past 12 months.
British Water is asking contractors, consultants and suppliers from across the water sector supply chain to rate their clients’ performance in 11 areas, including innovation, professionalism, contractual approach and communication.
The organisation, which represents companies at all points of the supply chain, is pointing out that radical change is needed if water companies are to deliver for customers and the environment.
At a time when the sector is facing increasing challenges – from climate change, population growth, increasing regulatory scrutiny and rising customer expectations - the survey is a way of identifying the strengths and weaknesses of the utilities.
The survey is particularly important in the run up to AMP 8 and will support the delivery of regular feedback British Water provides to key industry stakeholders on behalf of the supply chain.
Deadline for completing the survey is Friday 30 June 2023 at 17:00 – click hereclick here to participate
