Bristol Water launches online customer panel

Bristol Water is inviting customers to join its new online panel ‘let us know’  to find out more about what customers think of the service it provides.

Customers willing to participate as panel members will be asked to take part in a short survey, roughly every 3 months, about Bristol Water and things that matter to them as customers.

The water company said the information will be used to help it provide a better service now and in the future. Customers who sign up will entered into a free draw to win £200 and for each completed survey will have the chance to win a further £200 in a prize draw.

Bristol Water pointed out that customers who  may already be a member of Wessex Water’s ‘have your say’ online panel can be a member of both panels as they are both separate companies – with Bristol Water providing them with drinking water and Wessex Water with waste water services.
