Business Stream, Scotland’s largest provider of non-domestic water and waste water services, has confirmed Johanna Dow's appointment as permanent chief executive as the business looks towards the opening of the English non-domestic retail water market in 2017.
Johanna Dow was appointed as interim chief executive in October 2014 and has been with Business Stream since its inception in 2007.
Business Stream chairman Ronnie Mercer said:
