Charging rules: Ofwat postpones new framework for new connection services until 2018
Ofwat has decided to postpone the implementation of the new charging rules framework for new connection services provided by English water companies until 2018 - some stakeholders have expressed concerns that charges are too complex, unpredictable and unfair.
Defra issues new charging guidance to Ofwat
The Department for Food Environment and Rural Affairs (Defra) has now formally issued new charging guidance to Ofwat since it was laid in Parliament for consideration on 9 November 2015.
