thames waterOfwat has announced that it has launched a new investigation into whether Thames Water is contravening obligations in its Licence and the Wholesale Retail Code.

Ofwat has approved a proposal by MOSL, the market operator for the retail water sector, to tackle incorrectly paired supply points in the Central Market Operating System (CMOS).

Both Northumbrian Water and Thames Water are using the AMT-SYBEX Affinity Marketflow market interaction solution to manage their wholesale business interaction with MOSL’s Central Market Operating System (CMOS).
