The Leader of the House of Commons has announced that the date of the Second Reading debate for the Water Bill which is currently working its way through Parliament will be Monday 25 November 2013.
The details of the next stage, Committee, will be published after the Second Reading debate - an end date of 17 December 2013 for the Committee stage of the Bill has also separately been agreed.
The Labour Party has called on the Government to incorporate a new measure in the Bill placing a duty on water companies to keep bills down.
