United Utilities has gone out to tender with a facilities management services contract worth up to £90 million.
The contract covers Facilities Management Services to United Utilities sites throughout the North West, including Lingley Mere Head Office campus, London Office and the company’s other offices at water and wastewater treatment works and depots.
Deadline for receipt of requests for documents or for accessing documents for the contract, which will run for a nine year period, is 12th May.
Interested parties must complete and return a prequalification questionaaire (PQQ) by that date – no additional time will be given for applicants who have not completed the PQQ by 12th May 2014.
