North East Lincolnshire Borough Council has gone out to tender with a contract for SuDS features installation with an estimated value of £900,000 including VAT.

The Council is seeking a suitably qualified principal contractor to deliver the installation of SuDS features and new parking facilities throughout St Ives Crescent, including terraced basins, permeable tarmac parking areas, swales and rain gardens.
The works are intended to reduce surface water flooding, improve parking availability and enhance road safety and environmental benefits within the area.
Current estimated start and end contract dates are 4 January 2027 to 21 May 2027.
Deadline for submission of enquiries is 4:00pm on 21 October 2026 and tender submission deadline
is 12:00pm on 27 October 2026.
