Slough Borough Council has launched a preliminary market engagement exercise on the proposed procurement of the Granville Flood Alleviation Scheme.

The aim of the market engagement exercise is to identify the potential to increase the number and type of organisations who would be interested in tendering for Project Sponge: Granville Flood Alleviation Scheme
Current estimated start and end contract dates are 2 November 2026 to 26 February 2027.
Engagement deadline 18 September 2026 and estimated publication date of a formal tender notice is currently 19 October 2026.
