Renfrewshire Council is seeking supply chain input ahead of its upcoming procurement for water management domestic legionella risk assessments.
The Council is looking to appoint a contractor to carry out legionella risk assessment of the full Council estate for Domestic Properties (circa 12,000 + properties). The Contractor will be required to provide documentation for all properties in accordance with current legislation.
The council is now seeking to explore the Legionella Risk Assessment market and how big the market is and is looking for input from specialist legionella contractors.
Information it is seeking on supplier capabilities include:
- how long it would take a supplier to carry out assessments of circa 12,000 properties
- how many properties could be undertaken per month
- an annual estimate for assessments to be undertaken
Estimated date of publication of a formal contract notice is currently 1 June 2026.
