Clarion Housing Group Ltd has gone out to tender with a contract for its water hygiene management and remedial works programme with a total estimated value of £12.5 million (inc VAT).

Current estimated start and end contract dates are 11 January 2027 to 10 January 2032 with further
possible extension options up to 10 January 2037.
The contraxt is being tendered in the following Lots:
- Lot 1 - North - Legionella Risk Assessments, Legionella Risk Assessment Reviews, Sampling and Critical Works (£3.125 million inc VAT)
- Lot 2 - South - Legionella Risk Assessments, Legionella Risk Assessment Reviews, Sampling and Critical Works (£3.125 million inc VAT)
- Lot 3 - North - Water Hygiene Remedial works, Major Works, Planned preventative maintenance & emergency works (£3.125 million inc VAT)
- Lot 4 - South - Water Hygiene Remedial works, Major Works, Planned preventative maintenance & emergency works (£3.125 million inc VAT)
Clarion is running a two stage tender process as follows:
- Stage one - Submission of PSQ, Conditions of participation, Quality and Price responses.
- Stage two - A number of the highest scoring bidders in each lot will be shortlisted for an interview.
