Borough Council of King’s Lynn and West Norfolk tenders £156,000 contract for water treatment & testing services

The Borough Council of Kings Lynn and West Norfolk has gone out to tender with a contract for water treatment and testing services across its region worth £156,000 (inc VAT).

LAB ANALYSIS 1

The Council is inviting tenders for the following Lots:

  • Lot 1 The cleaning, chlorination, sampling and analysis of hot and cold-water services, including instantaneous water heaters across various Council sites
  • Lot 2 The bacteriological sampling of swimming pools for the Council's Leisure sites

Current estimated start and end contract dates are 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2027 with a further possible extension option up to 31 December 2029.

Deadline for submission of enquiries about the contract is 11:59pm on 18 September 2025, and the tender submission deadline is 12:00pm on 25 September 2025,
