Thames Water has awarded a number of Framework Agreements to multiple providers for the provision of consultancy services during AMP 8 across 4 Lots.

Estimated total value was put at £136 million when the water company first went out to tender in December 2021.
The contract was tendered in the following four Lots.
- Lot 1 - Strategy and operational model: regulatory advice, operational planning, long term strategy (£16 million)
- Lot 2 - Performance improvement: process reviews, change and transformation, customer experience and continuous improvement (£88 million)
- Lot 3 - Project management: end-to-end management of defined activities, training (£16 million)
- Lot 4 - Digital consultancy services: cost and service management (£16 million)
Intitial contract terms are 5 years with options to extend annually up to a maximum overall term of 8 years.
No information is currently available with regard to frameworks awarded for Lot 4.
