Severn Trent Water and sister company Hafren Dyfrdwy Cyfyngedig have gone out to tender with an AMP8 contract for chemical dosing rigs.
The tender process is for the provision of chemical dosing rigs covering the entire area of the utilities’ regions.
Scope includes manufacture, assembly, installation, commissioning and training of chemical dosing rigs.
The modules described are:
- Fill kiosk module - PVC
- Chemical dosing module - PVC
- Carrier water module - PVC
- Point of application (POA) module - PVC
- Dosing rig assembly (prototype equivalent)
Initial contract term is 3 years with up to 5 years in extension options.
