South West Water has awarded an AMP7 framework contract for supply of pipes and fittings for North Devon Pipelines Project.
The contract was tendered in the following two Lots:
- Lot 1 - PE Pipes and Fitting
- Lot 2 - Ductile Iron Pipes & Fittings
The framework will facilitate mini-competitions for the supply of pipes and fittings for the North Devon Pipelines project.
Three contracts have been awarded under Lot 1 and two under Lot 2 – no information has been made available on successful suppliers or with regard to any estimated value.
The framework was tendered via the Utilities Vendor Database (UVDB) scheme – the qualification system which is operated by Achilles Information Ltd. The UVDB provides a common system for subscribing utility entities to select suppliers for invitation to participate in regulated procurement procedures.
