The Crown Commercial Service has gone out to tender with a framework contract for cyber security services worth an estimated £255 million.

Crown Commercial Service (CCS) has set up a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for a period of 60 months and is inviting bidders to request to participate for the Cyber Security Services 3 DPS. The DPS provides central government departments and the wider public sector with the opportunity to procure cyber services from a range of suppliers.
Based on current spend profiling the estimated total value has been increased to £255 million. However, the value is only an estimate and CCS cannot guarantee suppliers any business through the DPS
The procurement is covered by the Government Procurement Agreement
To participate in the procurement, bidders must be able to demonstrate they comply with the technical requirements prescribed by the Government’s Cyber Essentials scheme.which is aimed at reducing the levels of cyber security risk in its supply chain.
