The Environment Agency has gone out to tender with a contract for its National Property Flood Resilience Framework worth an estimated £20 million.
The framework, for the provision of services and works across the whole of England, is comprised of the following 4 Lots:
Lot 1 — Property flood survey.
Lot 2 — Supply and installation of property flood resilience measures.
Lot 3 — Survey, supply and installation of property flood resilience measures.
Lot 4 — Managing agent.
Duration of the framework is four years.
The framework is primarily intended to meet the needs of the Environment Agency. Successful bidders may also be required to provide the services/works to the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, and to its associated bodies including any agencies and non-departmental public bodies. They may also be required to provide the services to local authorities in England and Wales, together with other public bodies.
