Scottish Water tenders £3m occupational health services contract

Scottish Water has gone out to tender with a contract for occupational health services worth up to £3 million.

Service requirements under the contract include local coverage for occupational health services throughout Scotland, medical advisory service, telephone and face to face support, pre-employment screening and assessment  and case management for long term sickness.

The water company is looking to appoint a maximum of five suppliers to provide a cost-effective solution that meets all Scottish Water service requirements for a period of up to 8 years – an initial three years followed by 5 x 1 year renewal options.
