Wastewater specialist Aqua Enviro has won a major sole supplier contract for a five-year framework to provide Severn Trent Water with wastewater sampling and flow and load services.
The Wakefield-based firm was awarded sole supplier status following a comprehensive tender process which recognised the consultancy’s expertise, knowledge and experience. The company provide a range of comprehensive services around environmental sustainability which include consultancy, laboratory trials and analysis, process engineering and research.
The AMP6 framework contract starts in May 2015 and runs until 2020, with an option to extend by negotiation. Aqua Enviro has already developed a long-term well-established relationship with Severn Trent Water throughout the previous AMP framework.
The contract will provide sampling services to Severn Trent’s wastewater assets, which will include data collection, testing and analysis of samples, and flow and load surveys. Aqua Enviro experts will provide ongoing support to Severn Trent’s in-house water process design team.
