Wessex Water has announced details of the Tier 1 Design Capital Delivery partners who will deliver a £40 million programme of work during AMP6 and potentially AMP7.
The work covers the provision of design services, including associated consultancy, related to water and waste water treatment works and above and below ground distribution networks and infrastructure.
Estimated value for AMP6 is £40 million - the Framework Agreements run from 1.4.2015 to 31.3.2020 with the opportunity to continue through to AMP7, which ends in 2025. The value for the AMP7 period is not yet known.
Eight companies tendered for the work - Atkins, Mouchel , AECOM, Hyder Consulting, Grontmij and Pell Frischmann Consulting Engineers were the successful bidders.
