Yorkshire Water is on the hunt for a creative agency or company to work on a £1.35 million contract to deliver a comprehensive range of advertising and marketing services across a wide range of media.
The water company has gone out to tender with a three year framework contract with an estimated total value of £1.35 million to provide Yorkshire Water’s Communications department with the following services:
- Develop campaign concepts to meet target audience and KPI's;
- Recommend channel choice based on budget;
- Pre-Testing of the concepts and preliminary executions on a representative sample of the target audience
The campaigns, which could be internal or external, will be delivered via a full mix of channels, both traditional and on-line.Other services the successful contractor will also be required to work on include media buying and negotiation across the mix of channels, operational literature creation, brand support, together with industry best practice advice and innovation.
Reasons set out in the tender document explaining why the services are needed include:
- To achieve campaign KPI's which could be regulatory targets, behavioural change targets, awareness;
- Engage with customers to promote key business messages or drive certain behaviours;
- Raise awareness of the brand with target audience.
- To ensure communications with customers are on brand and easily understandable for the customer;
- To ensure the brand is managed correctly internally and externally therefore protecting the reputation of the company.
