South East Water has been named as an Infrastructure Asset Sector Leader by GRESB for its sustainability leadership in 2023.

GRESB collects, validates, scores, and independently benchmarks ESG data to provide business intelligence, engagement tools, and regulatory reporting solutions for investors, asset managers, and the wider industry.
The organisation provides a rigorous methodology and consistent framework to measure the ESG performance of individual assets and portfolios based on self-reported data.
Established in 2009, GRESB has become the leading Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) benchmark for real estate and infrastructure investments across the world providing clarity and insights to financial markets on complex sustainability topics.
The GRESB Sector Leaders are the best performers by sector, region, and nature of ownership from across the GRESB Assessments.
The GRESB Assessments are guided by what investors and the industry considers to be material issues in the sustainability performance of asset investments and are aligned with international reporting frameworks, goals and emerging regulations.
