Echo Managed Services, the UK water sector service and software specialist, is building on the success of its new Aptumo product with two new board-level appointments.
Aptumo, the company’s cloud-based utility customer billing solution which is built on the Salesforce platform, has expanded its leadership team as the software grows its footprint in the UK and Australia.
The company has created the all-new position of product director, and appointed a new software services director, both board-level positions which will help lead Echo’s strategy over the coming years.
Andy Mack, currently Echo’s software services director, will move into the new role of product director. He will focus specifically on Aptumo’s on-going development in line with evolving market and client expectations to support the sector’s drives for improved customer experience, efficiencies and digitalisation.
David Essex joins as software services director from South Staffs Water, where he held the position of head of wholesale service delivery for the last three years and led on a number of major IT change programmes. Prior to this, he worked at Severn Trent Water.
