Interserve, the services, maintenance and building group, has secured a place on Severn Trent’s £40 million property framework, alongside two other contractors. The framework will run for three years and covers the refurbishment and modernisation of the Severn Trent estate, in an area which stretches from the Humber Estuary to the Bristol Channel and from mid Wales to the East Midlands in support of their major projects framework. Adrian Ringrose, Chief Executive of Interserve commented: “This framework further extends our long and successful relationship with Severn Trent and is another important win within the water industry, where we have built a strong market position.” Bryan Hemmings, Property Service Delivery Manager of Severn Trent added: “Our strategic aim is to be the Best Water Company in the UK with the lowest charges, and the highest standards.
