SES Business Water strengthen broker relationships with new appointment

SES Business Water, a sister company of Sutton and East Surrey Water, has made a key appointment to strengthen its senior team as part of their preparation for the deregulation of the business water market in 2017.

SES Business Water has been created in response to changes in the business water market. Sutton and East Surrey Water business customers are already receiving their water supply service from SES Business Water who are handling billing and accounts for all businesses in the region.

The company has appointed Filippo Bellavia as Head of Third Party Sales as the firm looks to maximise their engagement with both customers and industry brokers ahead of the water market opening in April. He has a strong background in the corporate energy sector, with previous roles including Broker Sales Manager at Water Plus and Gas & Electricity Corporate Business Manager at

Filippo Bellavia will take responsibility for maintaining SES Business Water’s existing relationships with brokers, strategic brokers and third party intermediaries and forging new relationships. By creating solid relationships with key brokers and TPIs, the company believes it can provide the best possible solutions for its private and public sector customers and help to drive engagement in the new, open water market.

Bill Clarke, Sales Director at SES Business Water, said:

“We are delighted to welcome Filippo to the team. Third party intermediaries have built solid relationships with their business customers and will be crucial to encouraging more organisations to take advantage of the open water market. When the water market opens in April, we want to ensure that we have the expertise to exceed the expectations of our customer base as it grows – taking on new appointments like Filippo is just one of the ways that we’ll be doing this.”
