Following recent movements in its share price, international design and engineering consultancy Scott Wilson Group has told the London Stock Exchange today that it has received approaches with regard to a possible acquisition of the company.
However, the Scott Wilson Board said there could be no certainty that the approaches would result in an offer for the Company. A further announcement will be made in due course when appropriate.
The company’s share price has risen sharply in recent trading.
