HUBER Containerised S-DISC sludge thickener packaged unit
With a focus on sludge thickening, we are pleased to announce that the innovative HUBER containerised S-DISC sludge thickening plant which was a design concept that Huber GB developed during the Covid lockdown, achieving the first sale in 2022 is now available with a size 2 disc. It’s not a trial unit but a fully WIMES compliant maintainable package plant that includes the S-DISC thickener, feed and discharge pumps, a bunded poly dosing unit, heating, lighting and ventilation and a WIMES 3.04 control panel built in-house to each water company specification.
We currently have six units in manufacture and references in Anglian Water, Dwr Cymru Welsh Water, Scottish Water, Severn Trent Water and Thames Water.
Initially available as the size 1 capable of 18 cu.m/hr unit, we are now able to offer our size 2 unit with a capacity of 38 cu.m/hr.
