A reorganisation of Ofwat’s senior management team has seen the departure of chief regulation officer Sonia Brown – one of two roles to be lost under the new structure.
The role of senior director of finance and networks, currently held by Keith Mason, has also been eliminated.
Chief Executive Cathryn Ross announced a review of Ofwat’s management structure in September, following which four new positions have been created:
- senior director of strategy and planning
- senior director, Water 2020
- senior director finance and governance
- senior director Thames Tideway
Ofwat is currently in the process of recruiting for the new roles.
