WSP one of the world’s leading professional services firms, has been appointed to the Government Commercial Agency’s CPS2 framework for Flood Risk and Asset Management (FRAM) services, securing places on all three Lots covering technical, environmental, and commercial and programme management services.

The framework supports delivery for the Environment Agency and wider public sector clients, with a focus on flood risk management, climate resilience and protection of the natural environment.
WSP will deliver the work in partnership with Binnies, building on a long-standing relationship supporting the EA.
Under the CPS2 framework, WSP is named on the following FRAM Lots:
- Lot 9a – Technical services
- Lot 9b – Environmental services
- Lot 9c – Commercial and programme management services
Through the FRAM Lots, WSP, working in partnership with Binnies, will provide professional, technical and advisory services to support the planning, design and delivery of programmes focused on flood risk management, climate resilience and protection of the natural environment, supporting the Environment Agency and wider public sector clients.
The Government Commercial Agency supports the public sector to procure goods and services efficiently and compliantly through centrally managed frameworks, helping to deliver assurance, consistency and value for money.
