Northamptonshire Partnership Homes (NHP) has awarded a contract for maintenance & reactive drainage services with an estimated value of £1.32 million including VAT.

NPH are an arm’s length not-for-profit management organisation, formed in January 2015 that manages over 11,500 homes in and around Northampton on behalf of West Northamptonshire Council (WNC).
NPH went out to tender for an experienced drainage company to carry out both general maintenance and reactive minor works repairs on the Council’s housing stock
The current Drainage Repairs and Minor Works contract expired at the end of February 2026 – the new contract Planned and Reactive Drainage has been awarded to DALROD (UK) Ltd
Earliest date the contract will be signed is 5 April 2026 – current estimated start and end contract dates are
13 April 2026 to 12 April 2028, with two possible extension options up to 12 April 2030.
Peterborough-headquartered DALROD UK Ltd were one of eight companies who tendered for the work.
