Thames Water is inviting suppliers to register their interest in its upcoming procurement for a new Debt Management SaaS solution to replace its existing debt management system.

The water company intends to award an agreement for the provision of a new Debt Management SaaS solution, as well as the implementation and system ntegration work associated with it.
Thames has suggested that software providers may wish to submit a bid in collaboration with a system integrator - however the utility expects to sign one contract upon completion of the tender exercise under which the supplier will take accountability for the provision of the software licenses and the successful implementation of the system within Thames Water's environment.
Current estimated start and end contract dates are 10 November 2025 to 9 November 2028 with a further possible extension option to November 2030
Deadline to submit requests to participate is 10:00am on 4 August 2025.
Thames Water is inviting suppliers to complete an online form to register their interest – they will then be provided with access to the procurement exercise and associated documents. Suppliers will be requiredompany name and contact details of people from their organisation with whom Thames can correspond.
Once suppliers have completed, and submitted their details Thames will then send the nominated representatives an invitation to access its Project SharePoint site and document library.
