Anglian Water has awarded a five-year framework agreement for the provision of Operational Telecommunications (OT) services to leading critical national infrastructure services provider and cyber security specialist, EMR Integrated Solutions.
Under the terms of the contract, Ireland-headquartered EMR will deliver comprehensive OT support services to Anglian Water’s extensive regional network. The partnership will enhance the utility’s operational reliability and directly support its network modernisation efforts through specialised technical expertise including:
- RTU, router, switch, and sensor replacements
- Installation of telemetry hardware & antennae
- Edge device integration
- Cable installation & in-panel modifications
- Planned maintenance of UHF, PSTN, Ethernet, Cellular & ADSL networks
- Surveying, testing, and RTU configuration
- Decommissioning and WEEE-compliant disposal of retired assets
Commenting on the award, Trevor Gordon, chief commercial officer with EMR Integrated Solutions said:
