United Utilities tenders £20m AMP7 legal services framework contract

United Utilities has gone out to tender with an AMP7 framework contract for legal services worth an estimated £20 million.

The water company has issued a Request for Proposal and is looking to award three Framework Agreements to support the company in a wide range of areas, including:

  • Construction
  • Property
  • Projects- Large Scale Infrastructure, including project finance and traditional design and build models
  • Commercial contracts and outsourcing
  • Public/Utilities Procurement
  • General regulatory and utilities
  • HR/ Employment
  • Planning
  • Environmental law
  • Intellectual Property and Technology

 

United Utilities is looking to appoint up to three suppliers to the framework, which will run for an initial period of 5 years, with up to 5 further years extension options to align with two full AMP cycles.
