Thames Water has gone out to tender with an AMP7 contract for the supply of crane hire and contracted lifts worth an estimated £1. 8 million.
The water is looking to put a framework agreement in place for the short/long term hire of cranes, including all equipment and personnel. It is expected the framework suppliers will provide contracted lifts and other associated services.
Initial contract term is 3 years with options to extend up to a maximum duration of 5 years.
Thames water expects to appoint two suppliers to the framework.
