Ofwat has gone out to tender with a three year contract for Delivery Partner Support for in-period Outcome Delivery Incentive assessments (ODI’s) worth an estimated £1.56 million.
The regulator is looking for a Delivery Partner to assist Ofwat in meeting the resourcing requirement for the in-period Outcome Delivery Incentive (ODI) process. ODIs are the incentives that are used to focus company performance on delivering outcomes.
Ofwat is looking for a flexible, efficient resourcing solution that is capable of adapting to and responding to changing requirements throughout the period of the contract and, critically, an arrangement that is able to successfully integrate the supply of additional resource into its internal delivery effort.
Time limit for receipt of projects or requests to participate is 22 April 2021
Any contracts awarded will be on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender.
