Severn Trent Water tenders £56m AMP7 mechanical services contract

Severn Trent Water and sister company Hafren Dyfrdwy Ltd have gone out to tender with a contract for mechanical services worth an estimated £56 million in total.

Scope of work under the contract, which covers both water and wastewater sites and assets, includes refurbishment, like for like replacement, removal and installation of mechanical assets across the area.

The water companies are looking to award a framework agreement consisting of 8 separate Lots: 

Lot 1 – Derby & Leicestershire

Lot 2 - Nottinghamshire

Lot 3 – Warwickshire & Central

Lot 4 - Staffordshire

Lot 5 – Shropshire, Powys & Cheshire

Lot 6 - Worcestershire & Gloucestershire

Lot 7 – Whole Region

Lot 8 - Pipebridges

Duration of the framework will be for an initial term of 3 years with further extension options up to a maximum of 8 years in total.
