The Construction Division of Construction Procurement Delivery CPD, part of the Department of Finance which supports the Northern Ireland Executive, has gone out to tender with a pan government framework agreement for civil engineering and construction works worth an estimated £40 million.
The framework covers civil engineering works, not normally exceeding £500k. The works may be for schemes associated with infrastructure, buildings, structures, roads, marine, water supply, sewerage schemes and land contamination. This Agreement will be let in two lots: Lot 1 Northern Area and Lot 2 Southern Area. The works may include, but not limited to, the following(Scope of Works list):

Lot 2 - Southern Area
The CPD is establishing this agreement as a Central Purchasing Body on behalf any public sector organisation in Northern Ireland. A single Economic Operator (EO) will be awarded only one of two Lots with two Economic Operators appointed to the Framework.
