Severn Trent tenders £80m AMP 7 natural gas supply contract

Severn Trent Water has gone out to tender with a contract for the supply of natural gas during the upcoming 2020-25 investment programme worth an estimated £20 million in total.

Severn Trent is looking to establish a contract for the supply of gas for itself and sister company Hafren Dyfrdwy Cyfyngedig with a combined annual consumption of approximately 80 GWhs across 66 sites.

The contract, which is being tendered in Lots, will start on 1st April 2020 and end on 31st March 2025 with an extension option of up to 3 more years in total.
