Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council has gone out to tender with a contract to appoint a single water retailer to provide water & sewerage retail services to its non-household sites .
The successful supplier will need to comply with the requirements of the associated Wholesale Retail Code, the Market Arrangement Code and the Wholesale Contract specified by Ofwat.
Scope of the contract, which is being tender under the Government Procurement Agreement, covers the supply of water and sewerage services within the Borough of Dudley.
Estimated start date of the contract is 1st August 2018, ending on 31st March 2020, with potential further renewal options.
