Anglian Water has gone out to tender with a software package and IT systems contract to create a Customer Experience Platform worth an estimated £10 million.
The contract for a comprehensive Customer Experience Platform will cover the whole Anglian Water region stretching from Essex over to Milton Keynes and up to the Humber.
The water company wants to create an integrated collection of tools, technologies and capabilities for the purpose of delivering a wide variety of services and business process across channels (web, mobile, telephony, mail, face-to-face etc) to create a personalised relationship with customers.
The contract could run for up to 10 years. The initial contract is for a six year term, with two further 2-year extension options.
