United Utilities tenders £40m AMP6 water mains contract

United Utilities has gone out to tender with a major water mains construction contract worth up to £40 million.

The contract covers the construction of the Williamsgate to Summergrove Water Main  - the detailed design, construction and commissioning of approximately 24 km of large diameter water mains in the West Cumbria region.

Estimated value is between £30 million to £40 million.

Interested suppliers are required to complete a pre-qualification questionnaire which can be obtained from United Utilities.
