HUBER Technology UK has taken further steps to strengthen its hire business team for AMP8 with the recent appointment of Alistair McFarlane as Hire Business Manager for its hire division.

Thames Water has gone out to tender with an AMP8 framework contract for plant hire worth an estimated £147 million. The water company intends to award a framework agreement for the hire of equipment that is crucial to its business operation.

Pembrokeshire County Council has gone out to tender with a contract for the hire of plant and machinery worth an estimated £3.6 million
