Engineering firms Laing O’Rourke and Atkins will sponsor the inaugural Government Construction Summit, to be held in London on 2 July.
The event is being led by the Cabinet Office and Department for Business, Innovation & Skills and will address, engage and debate with the UK construction community.
The speakers will include Dan Labbad, Co-Chair of the Government’s Green Construction Board; Rt Hon Francis Maude, Minister for the Cabinet; Rt Hon Mark Prisk, Minister for Business & Enterprise; and Paul Morrell, the Government’s chief construction adviser.
