Southern Water is hosting its first ever careers fair to recruit for roles that will help it to deliver ground-breaking projects as part of its biggest ever investment plan.

Brighton’s Amex Stadium will hold the drop-in event on Wednesday 12 November 2025, where visitors can drop in anytime between 4:30pm – 8pm and find out about more than 250 new jobs up for grabs across Hampshire, the Isle of Wight, Kent and Sussex.
The roles will play an important part in how we improve our performance in all areas, to better meet our customers’ expectations and to protect and enhance our environment.

Job roles on offer at the moment include Ecologist, Civil Engineer, Environmental Advisor, Asset Engineer, Capital Project Planner, Commercial Manager, Technical Programme Managers, plus lots of roles in Finance, Water and Wastewater operational teams. There are also graduate roles on offer.
