Welsh Water has launched My Account for business customers, with over 6,500 business customers already signed up.

The new service offers business customer of Welsh water to take full advantage of its online services, giving them access to view and manage their business account online, and get personalised help and advice.
Currently, My Account for business is available to businesses with a maximum of 30 sites.
Rhian Morris, Web Services Manager at Welsh Water, said:
“It’s an exciting time at Welsh Water as we take further strides to support our business customers. The first stage of our roll out of My Account for business is perfect for businesses up to 30 sites which is the majority of our business customers.
“As part of our new My Account service, business customers from coffee shops, to hairdressers, takeaways to florists, can manage their water account online, which can help them save time by having all their account information in one place.”
“Signing up to My Account online couldn’t be simpler for businesses and, once registered, customers will be able to manage and pay their water bills completely digitally, get updates about any work we’re carrying out in their area, make quicker, easier payments, and update their account details in a few easy steps and more.”
